The 13th International Conference on the New Haven School of Jurisprudence and International Law

This conference was organised by the Academy of International Strategy and Law of Zhejiang University, Yale Law School, Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University, and the Centre for Chinese and Comparative Law and Law School of City University of Hong Kong.

The convenor was Prof. Wang Guiguo, President, Academy of International Strategy of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, and the Keynote Address was given by Prof. W. Michael Reisman, Myres S. McDougal Professor of International Law, Yale Law School, USA.

Matthew Erie was pleased to give a presentation on "Legal Systems Inside Out: American Legal Exceptionalism and China’s Dream of Legal Cosmopolitanism".
