Professor Matthew Erie was interviewed by Don Weinland of The Economist to discuss Chinese law firm globalisation strategies. In particular, the discussion focused on the relationship between Chinese law firms and local law firms in host states that receive Chinese capital. The findings are reflected in a forthcoming paper by Matthew Erie & Sida Liu, “The Forms and Architects of China's International Legal Order."
