Exploring links with Tsinghua University Law School

We were pleased to welcome to the China Centre a delegation of undergraduate students and lecturers from Tsinghua University Law School, one of the top law schools in China.

The purpose of the visit was to discuss potential exchanges of students and academics between the two universities. After a tour of the China Centre, the KB Chen library and the college gardens, representatives from the China Centre introduced their own research and gave examples of relevant projects being carried out elsewhere in the university. Professor Matthew Erie took the opportunity to explain the aims and objectives of the “China, Law and Development” project.
