Victoria has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of York and a background in climate change research including experience of synthesising evidence to inform national and international policy. More recently, she has focussed on project coordination and knowledge exchange activities within the University of Oxford working as a member of multi-disciplinary research teams funded by UK research councils and by the European Commission.
