I’m an anthropologist with particular interests and expertise in the anthropology of Chinese law and technology. Currently, I’m the Director of the Democratic Governance Program at the Research Institute for Democracy, Society and Emerging Technology in Taiwan, conducting research into AI, cybersecurity, and supply chain resilience.I’m an anthropologist with particular interests and expertise in the anthropology of Chinese law and technology. Qualifications: DPhil in Anthropology (Oxford); MPhil in Social Anthropology (Oxford); LLM and LLB  (National Taiwan University).
