Jake Skebba is a 2019 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and a current World Bank legal consultant. He’ll be joining the faculty at the Peking University School of Transnational Law in Shenzhen, China as a C.V. Starr Lecturer of Law at the end of summer 2019.
